Heros and Zeros

Here is a place to talk about our personal Heros and our personal Zeros. With enough humor that our content lands somewhere between snarky and ranty -hopefully closer to snarky.  I am going to start with a tribute to a most recent “zero” in my life; the adjudicator from Vermont Department of Labor that fired me from unemployment, William Toborg.
